Consistently thorough, quality service from Brookdale. Having rented my property through another agent previously, I now know that all rental agents are not the same! Brookdale have by far exceeded the service I got before . I value Brookdale's thoroughness and attention to detail. They are prompt in their responses to any queries I have had and I am aware that they are fair to the tenant as well, as they want any issues resolved swiftly. Luckily I have not had any major issues with my property but even the minor issues they have asked me for a decision quickly and talked me through my options. I have peace of mind from the regular inspections and feedback is given to me. They have always got me good tenants swiftly. My property has never been vacant for more than a few days and I know that their tenant selection process is very through as it includes an inspection of the tenants current accommodation to check out they can maintain the standards that I would want. I can definitely advise you to use Brookdale.
