Extremely poor service. Previous tenant left property in a disgusting state, they advised us not to go to arbitration, as they had no idea how to deal with it! We paid them to carry out property inspection, which they did do, however failing to notice essential things. The property was supposed to have been deep cleaned prior to new tenant, not done. They were supposed to come back and let us know cleaning and decorating was done, they did not. They allowed new tenant to move in with the water turned off. They did not bother to escort new tenant to property to ensure all was well. Unknown to us as landlords new tenant had asked for certain things to be done, not passed on to us. Tenant moved into a property with no water and filthy dirty from previous tenant. I will never use them again, they are only interested in taking the money and want to do nothing. Previous tenants were given the tenancy without any references being taken up and as landlords this was not known to us. They are unhelpful and not competent and I advise tenants/landlords to think twice before using them!
