Terrible Service!
They hassled me into putting my property on the market (at the risk of losing long term tenants) with the promise they had 100's of prospective customers. I was explicit that I would not sell below a certain price.
Surprise surprise no viewing and the manager suggested dropping the price, I referenced the above conversation and she keep on about price. I asked them to remove my property from sale which they didn't do for over 3 months (photos are amazing so used it for free publicity) which further upset tenants.
Raised a complaint with head office and got fobbed off it's all about price!
Beware they will say anything to get an instruction!
