Prior to letting my property with Southside I had some terrible experiences with a couple of Edinburgh's better known letting agents. The contrast between them and Southside couldn't be greater. Simply put, Southside simply get on with the job, quietly and efficiently finding top-quality tenants and managing the property. They liase promptly between the tenants and myself so that any issues with the property are quickly and effectively resolved, keeping my tenants happy and my property in great condition. They were recommended to me by a friend who rented through Southside, as she was very happy being a tenant with them, and felt that the level of inspections of the property she rented also showed that they really looked after the properties they let rather than just taking the money. I have found that to be my experience and nothing now could convince me to let with anyone else. They make letting a completely stress-free experience, handling everything without any fuss and using very competitively priced tradespeople for any work that needs doing.

I have also been impressed by how quickly every communication is answered, and that there is one person assigned to my property who knows exactly what is going on with it any given point - it is very reassuring to be able to call and know that I am going to speak to someone who is not only aware of any situation at the property but also has it in hand. This really is customer service as it ought to be, and I simply cannot recommend this company highly enough.
