Piers took a careful note of my special circumstances and organised the sale accordingly. He kept me fully informed of prospective buyers` situation and their reactions to seeing the property. After a time we agreed a change in the marketing strategy and this produced a result in the form of a strong buyer. Piers and Jim were easy to work with and I was able to trust them implicitly.
Comment on agent fees
Given that they were the agents involved in selling the property to me some 2 1/2 years previously, some reduction in the standard fee might have been warranted.
