I was dealt with by multiple agents in the beginning, until Adele Jode took over of the sale. All the other agents either did not show the property properly, or get back to me when they said they would, or let the property slide beneath their radar despite a few complaints from myself to the managers. Some of the agents were, Ryan Bloomfield who lied to me to get me to sign the contract, Daniel, Hassan, Ben and Harrison. It's prospects loss because I have 2 other properties to sell in the next year, and will never use them again.
The only person who actually seemed to care and was excellent throughout was Adele Jode. She was outstanding in all aspects, from keeping me updated to constantly chasing the buyers not-so-great solicitor. Without her, I am in no doubt that I would still be waiting a long time for the sale to complete. I can not thank her enough for the service she has provided.

The only person that should receive commission from this sale is Adele. The rest of the team were terrible from start to finish.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
