Katy has been amazing support and has helped us with both selling and buying our properties. The agents have all worked well in tracking the progress and also doing the solisitors jobs for them aswell.

Comment on agent fees
I do feel that 1.5% is quite alot but haven't sold a property before so its new to us, I believe its an average fee.
