We have just completed on a rather protracted flat sale (not te agent's fault) but we were really pleased with the efficient way the Sales Manager Karen helped this all reach fruition.We mainly dealt with karen but other team members also knew what was going on and picked up if she was on a day off etc. She was always on the case and I could contact her always either by email or phone. Karen returned calls, wrote endless emails and was very professional and efficient going between the 2 solicitors and our buyer to reach agreement about various enquiries. Nice to see someone doing their job properly and diligently so we got there in the end. Thank you Karen and the rest of the team!
