We were given a house by them which had many faults and it took months to fix them. The heating system was broken for over four months - it was constantly on - causing us a massive amount with the gas bill, which they did not offer to pay.

Fixing the washing machine on both occasions that it broke due to them supplying us with an ancient one took over a month, which caused issues. I had to threaten to cancel my rent payment as per the contractual obligations that they had to fix issues with the house and weren't to actually get them to fix it the second time.

They are just inept at all levels. They gave us a contract to sign with triple the rent that we'd agreed before we'd signed for the house. They required back and forth emails to understand the most basic things. They'd show prospective tenants around the house without warning us, and they'd refuse to leave when this was pointed out. Personally, I also found it absurd that they required a month's warning to leave the house but would be showing people around throughout the entire tenancy regardless.

Suffice to say, I have no plans to ever rent from these amateurs again.

Cleaned the property sufficiently. Carried out a proper inspection of the property first hand. Been prompt in replying to our emails and agreed a suitable Deduction amount

We are just at the stage of getting our deposits back, and have been scammed into being charged £250 for 25 hours of cleaning. We left the place as we found it. The place was clean enough for us when we moved in, yet cleaners still came but we sent them away saying the place was fine. Yet when a previous tenant came for some post a few days later, he said he'd been charged for cleaning... There is no way 25 hours of cleaning was required.
