We were impressed with CJ Hole from the first visit. George came round armed with plenty of literature, a computer presentation and a very "can do" attitude and we took to him immediately. As a result, in spite of CJ Hole not valuing our house the highest of those we approached, we knew we wanted them to market our property and they were happy to put our house on for a higher price in the market. We felt our property sat well in their portfolio and they were confident of getting people through the door. They did not disappoint with 10+ viewings on the first day and an agreed sale four days later. The later opening hours have been a real plus and we have always found them easy to talk to and get along with. We have dealt with most of the branch, George, Tim, Tom, Nick and Diane in particular and they have all been professional. Apparently their ethos is to be regarded as you would regard your doctor - someone you trust without question and they almost succeed in this endeavour which is really saying something for estate agents! We are very happy customers and wouldn't hesitate in using them again to sell our new house.
Comment on agent fees
The agents fees were both competitive and reasonable in the current market. Given that we feel the team went the extra mile to secure our sale and keep our chain intact, we felt we got good value.
