My experience of using Haybrook to sell my property was brilliant. The valuer arrived on time, gave me lots of information regarding prices, terms of contract and their marketing strategy. Once I made the decision to use this agent based on that information and in comparison to other agents the service was second to none. All the staff were friendly, polite and professional, they kept me fully informed of all viewings and feedback from potential purchasers and this continued after an offer was accepted with at least a weekly phone call to keep me up to date with developments. From first marketing the property to completion day was a little over two months which in my opinion is exceptional. An efficient value for money service which is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The fees appeared in line with other agents so I don't feel they are excessive. I feel I had value for money
