Being our first experience at selling a house we were pretty clueless on the whole process but our agent was brilliant and went through everything step by step answering our never ending list of questions. Lucy provided us with advice on surveys, EPC certificates and useful tips on how best to present the house to maximise our chances of a timely sale. Viewings were handled completely by the team causing the minimum of fuss to us.
The whole team at the Ridgeway office were friendly and happy to provide assistance when we required it throughout the whole process, Liaising with the both our buyers and the conveyancy team to assist in a smooth sale.
