I have been using Orange Square as a Landlord for a number of years now, They have always supplied me with great tenants, and always made sure that a tenant is in the property. I've dealt with Kam the entire time I have been with Orange Square and he has been a great help, He make's my life as a landlord easy and has always resolved any issue's (hardly any) I've had ASAP.

I'm not used to Fees but I was offered a discount so I accepted this. I also understand that the monthly rental fee had to be negotiated due to the tenants fees so all parties compromised to reach a common goal.
