Believe me I haven't participated in many online reviews, but after this exeprience I felt the necessity to do so and warn people of this letting agency!

STUDENTS: BEWARE! I advice you, do not ignore any of the low-rated reviews written here, Especially if you are looking to rent a house 1st time!

if there was a lower rating than 1 I would definitely choose so! This has been the worst customer service I have experienced during my entire life! Never have I felt more disgusted towards a group of people than I did with this transaction. These people's aim aim is to improve their profits by any means, whether that means to cheat customers, scamming or lying to them! this place should never exist in the UK!

The accountant, Steve Shergill, is a money scammer! tried to take all our admin fees 4X£150, that is £600 people! Made different excuses every time we contacted him! CALLED THE OFFICE 12 TIMES in one week, Steve's colleagues would not allow me to speak to him directly. 1st he tells us (4 students) that he needs our receipts in order to refund our money. Clearly he remembered the transaction which happened a day before. Then once we gave our receipt he accused us of being RUDE to him and for this reason resisted giving a refund of our admin fees initially. NOWHERE ON THE Terms and Conditions does it say a receipt is required for a refund of the admin fees!

Envisage, in particular STEVE SHERGILL and HARB, wasted at the very least 2 WEEKS of 4 students' time during very important UNIVERSITY EXAMINATIONS!

Should have read every single review on the web and should have taking every single one of them seriously into consideration. I urge you people who are looking to do business with Envise to think twice before making a move!

the fact that the admin fees are so high (150 per person) proves that this letting agency tries to rip people off. the £150 charge for few minutes of paperwork already tells you how much these people show care to their customers, ripping them off with unnecessary charges!

these people should be formally investigated! who knows what else they might be up to.


summary: Terrible agency! Terrible employees! uneducated! professional scammers! No humanity! Appalling service!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
