The suggestion of using an online agent came from a friend of mine and I just happened to choose eMoov. Possibly the best thing I could have done!

Our house had been valued by high street lenders and their costs explained and it definitely made the wallet go owch!

The package we chose through eMoov included the premium listing and as standard, they took the photographs, which were fantastic!

Books for viewings were by phone and confirmed by email and no matter who I spoke to at eMoov they were fully knowledgable about the financial position of the viewers and happy to accommodate these viewings around our timescales.

When an offer was made I had by this time spoken to Louise Maher quite a few times so asked to speak to her whenever I phoned eMoov. Purely because I felt she was quite awesome...

Our property sale had a little hiccup mid way through and Louise would phone me back if I couldn't immediately talk to her and was so pro active on our behalf I never once hesitated in questioning if she would have made a phone call, sent an email etc which needed doing, she was completely honest, open, straight forward and did everything way above and beyond.

As a company I can't fault their ability to provide a service but their staff, particularly Louise were fantastic. I have never encountered someone who worked so hard on my behalf before. It was trusting her as a professional, someone who absolutely knew her job and us that made the whole process flow. Phone calls, emails, communication, chasing slack solicitors etc and understanding were second to none. Phenomenal! I wish I could have sent her flowers!

Worth every penny! Outrageous how a how street agent can justify their fees in comparison! The photos were gorgeous and the staff we were in contact with tracked every phone call, appointment...worth their weight in gold. Value for money if ever it needed saying.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
