Thomas Morris were extremely helpful during the conveyancing stage, whereby they went to lengths to "encourage" our and the seller's solicitors to actually do things -- where our efforts hadn't been so successful -- as well as helpfully arranging access for all additional surveys, etc. that we wanted before completing. Before that stage, while we were viewing in the area, they stood out as the most professional and "genuine" (as opposed to the sleazy ones!) agents by a long way. They were really on the ball; which was just as well! As first time buyers, we didn't know what to expect and they certainly made the process less of an ordeal!
