To start with Ballards were fine, we carried out most of the maintenance ourselves and we didn't bother Ballards at all so we only concerned them annually with renewal. we lived there 5 years. our landlord decided to sell so we told them we wanted to buy but by the time we told them (the day of out notice) the property had apparently already sold to investors, I was devastated I couldn't believe it and then I received this today from a neighbour
"I have found something out about the ¢â‚¬Å“investors¢â‚¬Â who bought your house. NAME has met them and they were advised by the agent to pose as investors to avoid you being awkward and stopping them moving in. I was speechless. I couldn't believe that anyone would do either of those things, or understand why them being investors would change anything. What a pointless exercise. Can't believe what is the world coming to."
I have demanded an apology from Ballards, I know I wont get one but I feel it necessary to ask for one, why did they lie to us? we are good people.
