Terrible customer services I would not reccomend anyone sell property with this branch. I called to arrange a viewing of a property to be turned away because they were too busy and 'totally booked up'. When I eventually found a property I called to see if I could get a quote for conveyancing. First person I spoke to said they'd get someone to call me back at 4.30 the same day - no one called, I was told their had been lots of bids on the property but then told to look myself on zoopla for what they were?? I called again the following day and was spoken to as though I'd called the doctors about it - they were rude and obviously didn't want to help. They asked why I wanted it and when I told them the house I wanted to put an offer on I was quite literally told not to waste my time. It a a repossetion property and this you 'bid' for it, I was told the bids were late 70s early 80s when they were actually advertising 71 - I questioned this and they weren't really sure but that i would be wasting my time by putting in an offer. Awful awful company - I wanted to spend my money with them?? Made me feel like their was something untowards going on. I'm sure if the bank knew they were telling prospective buyers not to bother they wouldn't be too thrilled!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Customer service is shockingly poor at best - just being spoken to like I wasn't interrupting them would have been nice. Being able to view properties within a week of calling would be a bonus. Calling back when they say they're going to.
