I first called Billie at the start of the week whilst myself and my partner were looking for a new property to rent in Crystal Palace, the only trouble we had from finding a property was due to owning a dog and there isn't many landlords that allow pets. I contacted Billie to discuss the flat that we had seen on the internet and asked about allowing a dog, which she said she would be able to check for me and come back to me as soon as possible. Billie got back to me and said that the landlord would be fine with having pets and that if we wanted to see the property we can book to go and see it on the coming Saturday, however myself and my partner were going away for the weekend but Billie went the extra mile to allow us to go and see the property beforehand with the landlords permission and the current tenants.
Billie's knowledge for the property was a great help to us and her attention to detail when explaining parts of the property showed that she can be a trustworthy agent for us to use. We signed up to the property within 30 mins of seeing it, and Billie made sure that we understood every detail of needed to be completed before the move in day.
I will be definitely recommending Billie and Streets Ahead to my friends for their moving needs.
