Billie was the perfect letting agent. She was really friendly on the phone and in person. She didn't just focus on boring office chat when she was driving us around, she took an interest in our lives and spoke about what was going on in hers which made her feel more like a friend than a letting agent. Which sounds a bit naff, but it made me trust her more as I felt she wasn't gonna mess me about.

She was very patient about the fact that I'm not really contactable at work and was always available for me to ring back or email, she would reply straight away. She didn't hound me like a recruiter, she sent me through properties she thought I'd like and let me make my own decision about whether I wanted to see them.

She paid attention to my requirements and made sure that every property we viewed met each need and if it didn't, she made sure to highlight that to me before we went to view. The flat I took had nowhere to put the bikes so she raised this with the landlord and we were then able to come to a compromise for a bit of space in their garage.

On the day that I actually found my flat, I had a cancellation from a different letting agency. I emailed Billie at 4pm to see if she had any time free that night. I thought she would laugh at me for such short notice but she fit me in to see 2 properties at 7pm. If she hadn't taken me that evening the property would probably have been gone before I got to view it.

So I can't sing her praises highly enough. Don't let this one go...
