Asher was helpful right from the start. My best friend and I wanted to rent a flat using the lounge as a second bedroom, and lots of agents said straight off that they couldn't help. Asher took the task in hand and found us a few options. He gave us honest advice about whether he thought they would be suitable or not, and was open to showing us any we liked the sound of. He was also very efficient with communication over email.
When we met Asher he continued to be extremely polite, helpful, and friendly, and the first flat he showed us was perfect. We knew that other people were interested, and told Asher how much we loved it. We think he put in a good word for us, but we'll never know!
Thanks Asher and David Andrew.
Comment on agent fees
The administration fee of ‚£150, in addition to a ‚£60 contracting fee each, is unjustifiable and opportunistic, but I acknowledge this fee is similar for all agents. We were happy with our agents' negotiating on our rent.
