Over the years we have had a number of communications with you both buy and selling within the TW11 and 12 areas
Whenever we have come across Andrew whether as a buy or seller it has been an honest and pleasurable experience. And when we think of some of the other estate agents we have come across. We really mean this.
He has always been accurate and honest and never blown sunshine to get the purchase.
So we knew him when we asked him to come round and look at selling our last property.
We had 4 agents look at pricing our house and all where within reason around the same price. then Andrew came along and in this case priced our house way above our expectations.
We didn't believe him
However in this case Unlike the other estate agents he had a buyer in mind so when we asked him to prove it, frankly not believing him we waited while he sent a buyer round.
Estate agents blow smoke all the time¢â‚¬Â¦
Within two hours our house was sold to the first people that came along. Their first offer was rejected and we got the price we were looking for
I now live in my dream house with money in the bank.
So without question if as seller you don't look seriously at milestone for an honest straight sale with support to exchange through to completion.
You might want your head looking at
