Wesley booked a viewing with us on a Saturday, late afternoon. We both arrived at the location having cancelled plans to ensure we could accomidate the viewing. When arriving at the building (which was in an area with a number of similar flats) there was noone there. Granted the building had a couple other entrances, as such we tried to call the agent on the only number we had, the office was closed. wesley had our mobile number yet didnt bother to call us once. We in turn waited 20 minutes and left. After emailing Wesley asking why he hadnt called or shown, he said he had and that we were late (we were not). He continued to speak to us with no manners what so ever over email blaming us and showing absolutely no respect or sign of being apologetic. We asked why he had not thought to ring us if we were in fact late or he was waiting, to which his reaponse was its not his concern or job to call us. Ignoring the fact we were a perspective client, or the fact that even of we were late (which again we were not) it could have been because we had trouble finding the property, or stuck in traffic, basically any number of reasons which we highlighted it would have took two minutes to call us and confirm.
Wesley is the owner of the business and is both rude and disrespectful, and i wouldnt wish working with him on my worst enemy.
Theres a thousand other agents in Manchester so do yourself a favour and swerve these ones.

These allegations are inaccurate. The prospective tenant turned up 20 minutes late for the viewing and because there happened to be other prospective tenants booked onto the same viewing, the viewing went ahead with out him. We endeavour to provide a reliable service however in situations such as these we simply can not keep other prospective tenants waiting, especially when they have turned up on time and in the right place.
