I went to them believing that they can sell my property, but unfortunately they did not put any effort. When we talked for the first time, I explained ti them that the communication is really important for me, and James promised, that they will call me every week. They seemed really nice. On the past 8 weeks I was the one calling them ones a week, and if James was busy, nobody could answer my questions, and he was busy most of the times. They arranged 2 open days,but nobody came. After that they arranged 3 viewings . All of them were for Saturday. The first one they canceled on Friday, the second one was for 12 am, and they called me at 11:50 to say it was canceled. The third one they emailed me if I can do the viewing by my self at 1:30 pm, because they were busy. Of course I agreed, it was our first viewing . I made my house to look like a show home, did not allowed the kids to play but at 1:30 nobody came. I rang the office to see what is going on and they said that they should be on their way,because they had another viewing at 1:00 pm 5 min allay from our house, but they promised that they will cal them. At 2:40 I called the agency back, and they said that they have left them a massage.
Every time when I asked why we have no viewings, they blamed on the weather and the area. But all the houses around were sold, even on higher price. We decided to reduce the price, and James promised, to call me next Tuesday to discuss how are the things with the new price. Nobody called on Tuesday or Wednesday and on Thursday I decided to call. At 10:30 am, he was busy,but I was promised that he will call me asap. At 12:30 I called back, busy again. At 15:00 pm, busy again. I asked is he bothered at all, to sell my property and if he is not, should I look for another agent? On the Friday morning I received mail saying: ' I understand you had a conversation with one of my colleagues and expressed a wish to cancel the agreement and choose a different agent. Under the circumstances I feel we cannot move things forward in line with your expectations so will accept you email as notification that you wish to end the agreement in 2 weeks.'
I was really surprised to see that my expectations, to receive a call as they promised are too high for them.
If you have the same expectations as mine, don't go there.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Respect their client and accept their failure in selling the property rather than chasing for money whilst they can to get anything from their client. Awful experience.Attached Filesnbsp;

What agent could do to change your mind?
Maybe I'd feel better about it if they called up and profusely apologised for their lack of communication and had a very good excuse. Help us get a good deal on a house without being all about their own wages!!Attached Filesnbsp;
