Honestly, Billie has been extremely brilliant in the execution of her job as a Estaste agent for Street Ahead. I am saying this with a lot of conviction because in my search for a property to rent I have spoken to a lot of sales agent, but Billie is unique and different from all others.

This all happened when one day on my usual hunt for a place to rent through the internet came across a property which met my interest. I then phoned to arrange for viewing and lo and behold it was this lady who took the phone at the other end. She spoke to me in a professional manner and made me feel at rest. She informed me that I have come to the right place and she promised through Street Ahead to find me a place. She also made me felt as if I had known her for ages.

I thought that was it (the usual thing that all Estaste Agents do take your details). She keeps sending me enough and vital property information relating to my property search. I can recall on one occasion she arrange for a property viewing and the viewing she called to find out whether I was interested or not, I told her I was not interested due to the fact that you have to go through the kitchen to get to the bathroom. I could feel it on the phone that she felt very down because she was hoping I would like that property.

Sincerely, I have not met Billie before ( I am yet to meet her) but I can say she knows what she is doing she does it very well. She has got a very good communication and customer relationship skills. She can make you to smile when you least expect it. She is professional and good at a work.
