I would highly recommend Reeds Rains and Clair as they made my house buying process as stress-free as she could. At the beginning there was no pressure for second viewings/offers, however when we knew we wanted to purchase she anticipated our want to move quickly and we had our offer accepted just a few days after viewing. She was honest when negotiating price, which we appreciated and advised us accordingly. A few more upadtes through the process make have been better but I was getting updates through Gill from the goole branch (mortgage advisor) who herself was amazing and made everything so much easier. I found Clair very helpful when the homeowner was delaying the process and was straight on the phone. I have picked up my keys today after 11 weeks of a relatively stress free process.
