David and Caroline are very Professional, dependable, quickly responsive and very nice. In the last year we have taken out three buy to let mortgages, if I had known it would have gone so smoothly, we would have taken out mortgages many years ago. (wish we did!) We are totally risk averse but actually making money through having mortgages together with a capital increase in the value of the property (We hope.) A no-brainer! Thank you David, Caroline and Claire.
