Absolutely disgraceful treatment by the owner Phillip Shaw. Disrespectful, rude and unprofessional behaviour by him towards us as tenants and in general not a happy person.
Comment on agent fees
Overly priced. Nightmare agency. Landlady slow. Not priced well for the condition of house. Needs updating.

What agent could do to change your mind?
He could have not showed up at 9 am at my home banging on the door and trying to let himself in with his own set of keys when I refused access to show the property to prospective tenants in writing as I had friends and family staying over. He could have negotiated the disputed part of our deposit using the the Tenancy Deposit Scheme our tenancy deposit was supposed to be secured by. He could have returned to us the undisputed amount of the deposit. He could have negotiated a settlement with us out of court, as the courts suggested.Attached Filesnbsp;
