Terrible service manned by incompetent staff. Whatever you do, do not rent through Romans. They have been nothing but bad, turning up unannounced, not passing on messages and we're still waiting for our deposit back after moving out a month ago. I will never go near Romans again. They make other estate agents look good - and that is saying something!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more approachable to tenants who require landlord contact details if the landlord cant be contacted on the details supplied to the tenant by the agent. Also ludicrous fees.
