What agent could do to change your mind?
I have lost the chance of buying my dream home as a result of the incompetence of Reeds Rains Sales Negotiator. If the agent treated me fairly and without any discrimination then I would change my mind.

I was practically forced to speak to their mortgage advisor just because they were marketting a property. This branch including the mortgage broker will try to sell everything to you. I stressed couldnt afford the solicitors they wantes me to use and they advised the vendors selling the property would not be to happy with my decision The mortgage broker sold me cover i didn't require and they are ruthless and relentless and once they take their fee they will don't care about you. These really are the worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Our property has been on the market with them for two months and we have not had a single viewing, we even reduced the listed price and still not a single communication from them. We here nothing for weeks then we have to get in touch with them to see what's going on. We will be changing estate agents shortly so a company that knows what they are doing can sell our house and earn the commission. I would not want this joke of a company getting it!

Done more than sit around waiting for the phone to ring. Kept me up to date and communicated more. Acted on instructions promptly instead of saying they'd do something then not bothering at all.

For starters don't force people to see your mortgage advisor if the customer doesn't want it. Second stop being so stupid as to refusing someone a viewing who is genuinely wanting to buy a property from you! Gain some respect and humanity!

I believe the way the market is at the moment (i know this as i do this for a living) they should be bending backwards to help customers and booking there diarys as full as they should when they can not wynding customers up by saying they cant do the viewing. They clearly are too busy ( which i dont believe) to need me as a customer.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could've responded to my complaints or stopped harassing me and my tenant with sales calls EVERY DAY when we asked them to. They could've NOT IGNORED all my calls and emails to ask where my contract was when it was 4 MONTHS LATE. First they pretended they didn't have a complaints proceedure, then that it had to go to the branch manager who was on holiday, then that I had to write a letter, not an email, tried every stupid lie to prevent a complaint about their incompetency.
