What agent could do to change your mind?
Mention this in the first instance before we got serious about renting from ReedsRains that our guarantor would need to sign to agree to have the responsibility passed to next of kin should they die. Look at the unreasonable clause and have it ammended to be fair especially considering we have done everything asked of us and were ready to move the following day.
Alternatively offer us the ‚£100 fee back as the tenancy was never drawn up or at least part of the ‚£100.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have simply called back when promised. could have handled the issues with the property within a decent time. this has gone on for months. I called nearly a hundred times and was constantly promised to be called back and never happened, until I got fed up and had to call the head office in the hope to have the issued sorted. I understand we all are human and busy but if there is an issue, being ignored for months is not an option, sorry.
