This was an unfortunate case, as the previous tenants to 'Kim' had to leave under duress, having failed to make their rental payments, also as Kim says they did not alert us to the damp problem. However once we were aware we did inform the new applicants, and although we were entitled to keep the fee, we felt it best for all parties for us to return it, as a gesture of good faith. Returned my deposit in full in a reasonable time and stopped trying to screw money out of people, that was totally unjustified!!! Get qualified tradesmen in to do repairs.

They also sent me a admin bill when i rented with them. I contacted my landlord and didnt have to pay it. I would never rent with them again. They took 495 bond off me at the begining. I left the house clean when i left, but they asked me to get the carpets professionaly cleaned when i left. I told them where to go, as the carpets were dirty when i moved in!
