I feel the fees are slightly higher than some other agents in the area however I feel the Reeds Rains are better placed at managing my property as I feel the professionalism in which they show is worth paying the little extra for.

‚£1800 was too much for the estate agents. It should be pro rata on price of house although we know that all estate agents charge a fair bit with the exception of red house. I believe a fairer price would have been total of ‚£1500 all in.
