I cna confirm that this is the same company based at 9 Gunnery Terrace, Royal Arsenal, London SE18 6SW. Antonio’s review is accurate and I would say fair.
I am a leaseholder here too and have never been impressed with Redwood Estates. They almost bankrupted the reserve funds and then did a runner. It’s either greed for their cut of the remediation works or sheer incompetence for being out of their depth.

Fees are really unknown. They would quote you with one fee and then soon as you pay, they would revert back to claiming that there was another fee unquoted but incurred by the landlord. Then they would not release the contract or else until you pay this unquoted fee, coming out of the blue.
