We have a very busy office and always look to answer queries from all persons. Most lettings team always out on viewings. Evidently the landlord did no make it clear he was a landlord and wanted to speak to someone in Lettings. No one should be offended if they do not speak to a senior Lettings person when walking in to any office. ...

The property was totally professionally cleaned when these tenants moved in, these tenants work for "*", they left the property in a total mess on vacation. They seemed to be completely satisfied with the tenancy while there, Now they vacated and left mess for someone else to clean up. They had a 12 month contract and were allowed to vacate at 6 months without any penalties. RB Estates have been professional and extremely helpful throughout their tenancy. Complaints Procedure

We are members of NALS and have a three stage complaints procedure, firstly write to the branch, if dissatisfied with to the director. If unhappy with the response then to the Property Ombudsman.
