Rayners provide comprehensive property management and estate agency services. The owners are hands on and between them have over 50 years’ worth of experience in the Hackney property market.
We take our business and your property seriously. We are members of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). We register all deposits with the Dispute Service (the Tenancy Deposit Scheme) and are members of the Property Ombudsman (the redress scheme for complaints); the Client Money Protection and the Anti Money Laundering Schemes.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Being more respectful towards their customers, at least of the fact that they wasted our time initially, while additionally try to be at least professional enough to let their customers know of their decision as they promised to do so. Additionally try to avoid having a certain attitude, especially when you are dealing with potential customers. Plainly logical managerial responsibilities to be honest.
