Unfortunately that’s the not the case nor true. While the day after this review the boiler was replaced there are still ongoing issues such as the following.
1. No money has been paid back for the 29 days hot water - this was because ranson where responsible for topping up the meters. Meters which we were never told about when moving in. We simply pay you up front for all of our utilities in the service charge. This has not been refunded or addressed.

As a company we strive to generally keep landlord and tenant costs as low as possible. We believe that tenants like yourself already pay substantial sums in rent. We support our tenants by keeping the admin fees minimal wherever possible and focusing on long term renewed business with our landlords and tenants alike..
