We recently changed our policy to respond all our landlords and tenants via email only due to the number of calls we receive. So please email all your queries and allow upto 7 days for reply. We only recently abolished the tenant fees completely which we done it to help our tenants only.. But between this transition period you may have caught up with our normal admin fees.. which must have been communicated to you prior to we took it off from our websites just a week ago! ...
