"we" is probably "jamie and his gf or wife".... "bang about" is probably nothing... "out of tune" and "through till 4am" are probably lies...which leaves us with "understandable" complaint about singing...understandable indeed, cause it might be attractive to jamie's gf or wife.... he is therefore compelled to promptly state that "both of them" are "annoyed" by it... cause this is how it goes in this country nowadays....man is the spokesman for both, woman gets no chance to say anything, ever... ...

Rainbow Properties are absolutely USELESS. As a result of their ineptitude, ignorance and utter refusal to shoulder the burden of responsibility I was left pursuing a deposit from my property for over 2 years.
The reason (but not excuse!) for the issue was that at the time of my departure, the property and account was changing hands from Chase-De-Vani (whom I'd entered the contract with) to Rainbow. This caused the initial delay in the deposit recovery as both companies were telling me it was ...
