Purple Frog are the worst agency I have ever come across. They have no idea about how to run a business, let alone assist people with letting and maintaining properties. They only answer phone calls if you are enquiring about a house, and once they have received your money they don't want to know, They won't answer or return calls, and very rarely respond to emails. Their idea of a 'refurbished' property is not quite the same as any tenant would expect, and their customer service is appalli ...
