I've just read your review and would like to say they don't work in the tenants best interests either, they took months to sort out a wasp problem, weeks to sort washing machine, at the end of my tenancy they charged me £30 to clean an already clean flat and £200 to replace an already damaged coffee table, it had a black water mark from the previous tenants, which was covered with flyers on my inventory and also when i moved in! the dps found their claim excessive and decided on £20 which i'm ...

Could nt sell my house after 6 months on the market with these fools and 7 or 8 viewings, whilst 2 in our street had sold.
