Hi Derek. Well that was a bit of a surprise hearing from you after so long. I am keeping extremely well and enjoying my new life in a small village just outside Stafford. I hope that you and yours are all well too. Your comment is much appreciated as I am now exonerated! Yes, I have had to fend off a number of adverse comments. Now people can see that my review is utterly genuine and describes someone who in my opinion provided me with the gold standard in customer care. Stay safe and take care. ...

'PB are all about the seller and literally don't care about the buyer - clearly they forget if they didn't have a buyer they wouldn't have sold the house' Purple bricks get paid from day one from the loan company, so selling the house is not important to them. If the owner does not sell their property they still have to pay purple bricks, so selling is just in the interests of the home owner. I would recommend on viewings take their number and speak to them directly. ...
