Their fees would be fantastic if you are lucky enough to sell. However you must remember you pay the fee in advance. So when they go non existent after you've handed over your money and you have no choice but to go elsewhere you are effectively paying estate agent fees twice. I had an interview with them and stopped the skype when no less than the MD told me they don't chase up chains and see the sale through the sale will go through naturally and you need to be chasing instructions.
