Established in the 1990's, our parent company Purespace Group launched in the fashionable heart of south London. They manage a diverse property portfolio ranging from high end residential, office blocks, retail shops, industrial buildings, commercial car parks and garages. Their portfolio expands across all well connected regions of South London which include Fulham, Battersea, Wandsworth, Clapham, Balham, Tooting, Wimbledon, Streatham, Camberwell, Peckham, Deptford, New Cross, Tulse Hill, Thornton Heath and Croydon.
In 2019 the Group opened its doors for the first time to Local and International Landlords, identifying the need for an agent that would better understand their requirements as Landlords. As Landlords ourselves, who better to undertake this than us! Henceforth the start of Purespace Estates. We are proudly an independent London agency that do things differently. At Purespace Estates, we not only help people find their new home, but we hear what both tenants and landlords have to say. Combining expertise and energy with flexibility and integrity, we provide new incoming tenants and landlords with the utmost level of attention and care throughout all stages of their buying, selling, renting or letting experience.
