Fees what will be but its a bit of shock on the non-refundable money this is not good as not everybody can keep paying this amount out and not get it back. I would suggest that half is paid and the other half paid once all has been done so that way people would only be losing half the money.

Your fees should be inclusive of vat so ppl know the full amount upfront. We thought fees where x amount then found out it was not including vat which threw us off a bit.
