The fact that it was necessary for me to have to remind individuals that certain standard things had not been undertaken was annoying, as the whole reason for having full management on the property was so that I could literally forget about such things . I did have a very small % reduction on the fees in recognition of the inadequacies but I would rather have paid the full amount and not have to chase for these things to be done.

Even though we were in no hurry to sell their approach was focussed on obtaining the highest (realistic) value we could possibly achieve on the sale. They definitely did this in my opinion....

Whilst we could have used alternative selling platforms that would have been cheaper I am not convinced they would have achieved the sale price we did. Would I have liked to pay less ? The answer must obviously be "yes". Do I feel I got a good deal ? Then again I would answer "yes".
