Valuation was high but we achieved the price we hoped for. As mentioned in the main review, we were disappointed that there was no room for negotiation on rate, which we felt was high for sole agent. This appeared to be the same stance taken by the other agents we interviewed in the local area, which left us with the impression that they were engaging in cartel style business; not healthy for choice, competition or the consumer.
