This year (2015), I've had dealings with 4 local estate agents in selling my house and found a close % band across them all. Pricing is tight in this respect. Prospect are within this pricing band and therefore competitive in the market. Given my overall feed back and experience, I would however state that the Service from Prospect for the same ‚£ value is certainly worth it in the market by comparison. I felt I got more for my money!!

Always feel fees are extremely high with any estate agent so not much Prospect alone. Feels like we are giving away so much of our money when every penny counts . We could do so much with even half of the money we have to give out for estate agent fees as we have now bought a house that needs doing up but I doubt this will ever change.
