The only reason for making this a 4 star review is because I think the fees are over-priced.
Prospect have given us faultless service throughout, they charge less than their local competitors and I am sure they provide far better value. But I don't think this entirely justifies the premium. I am very familiar with renting in London, having just departed the area and I am surprised to find fees higher in Berkshire.
