VENDOR'S OPINION As an owner occupier for the past four years, I can confidently state that all of my requirements have been met. The block's convenience factor is exceptional. It all starts with the plentiful parking, which is uncommon in most modern apartment complexes. Furthermore, the public transportation connections to London and Gatwick are excellent, allowing you to get around the area quickly and affordably. Following that, I can honestly say that being near a choice of large supermarkets is wonderful in terms of convenience. The block, in particular, is extremely safe due to the fact that it is gated. The elevator comes in handy when carrying large items or doing the weekly food shop. The flat itself is spacious for a one-bedroom and features a separate kitchen, which is uncommon in the area, as well as a huge and modern bathroom that frequently impresses visitors. Finally, because the block was awarded the authority to manage, we have elected our own management agent over whom we have complete control, allowing residents to have a say in how our service fees are spent.
